Experience: 10+ years Positions: 2 Nos Location – Pune Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week from client place Banking/Wealth domain Exp is must Client: Deutsche Bank Notice Period: Immediate upto 45 Days Job Description – Overall 10+ years of Experience Exposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting framework . Data Warehouse and analysis experience in wealth management domain is Mandatory. Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC ) and Transaction Monitoring is desired --- this is Optional. Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry. ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation would be a plus . Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations will be required. While having exposure in platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc. would be highly preferred. Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes, with exposure to business analysis will be required. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into requirement documents and explain to development teams. The candidate should be also able to analyze data (very heavy data volumes) and prepare reports according to what is required by business. Experience of working in Agile Environment . Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodology Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing. Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
