Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Understand business/functional requirements and document them as user requirements or user stories for the development team Act as a liaison between Business Process Owners and the development team, functioning as Product Owner for the Scrum team Create business process models and UX mockups to support requirement documents Convert requirement discussions into clear functional requirement documents/user stories aligned with Agile best practices Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are clearly articulated and organized Participate in development discussions, resolve requirement conflicts, and update documentation accordingly Groom, prioritize, and manage user stories in a highly Agile environment Engage in functional testing and sprint demos Work closely with US and EU stakeholders, requiring overlap during late evenings Drive process improvement to enhance development efficiency Independently analyze legacy and current systems for more informed decision-making Skills Required: Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders and managing eCommerce platform applications Strong in functional design, user journeys, and Agile development methodologies Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe, Bizagi), CMS tools (e.g., Strapi, Umbraco), and Azure DevOps Experience in building wireframes/mockups and designing web-based applications Excellent leadership and communication skills with strong business understanding Familiarity with .NET and hands-on experience in at least one enterprise application lifecycle
