Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using Python Django for back-end and React for front-end.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Front-End Development:
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Optimize the front-end for speed, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop robust APIs and server-side logic using Python Django.
• Implement scalable architectures and reusable modules.
• Database Management:
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases, focusing on PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Implement efficient data retrieval and storage solutions.
• DevOps and Cloud Deployment:
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Ensure application uptime and scalability through proactive monitoring and automation.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Code Quality and Best Practices:
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality coding practices.
  

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a focus on Python Django and React.
• Proven track record in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python Django for back-end development.
• Expertise in front-end development using React and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
