Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Individual Contributor). The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be engaged in end-to-end software development, including both front-end and back-end development tasks. This includes writing clean, modular, and scalable code, implementing new features, optimising performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale

  SaaS products

  with a customer-first mindset, ensuring reliability, usability, and speed of delivery
• Oversee

  agentic AI systems, custom data pipelines, and RAG workflows

  for advanced product capabilities
• Manage and optimize secure, reliable

  AWS/Azure serverless architectures

  in a fast-moving startup environment
• Ensure compliance with

  healthcare technology standards

  (HIPAA, ISO27001, FHIR, EHR/EMR connectivity)
• Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams on new features, tight timelines, and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  Front-End Development including Next.JS HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong skills in

  Back-End Web Development with technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java

• Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components seamlessly

• Solid foundation in SaaS

  , Software Development principles, including design patterns and best practices
• Deep cloud experience:

  AWS, Azure, serverless architectures

• Experience with

  CI/CD tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Vercel)

• Excellent problem-Strong background in

  FAST API, SDKs, and microservices

• solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
  

Preferred Qualification

• Hands-on with

  AI ecosystems

  (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google AI)
• Experience with

  retrieval augmented generation (RAG), data pipelines, prompt engineering, and responsible AI

• Prior experience in

  fast-paced startup environments

  , delivering quickly and iterating with agility
• Knowledge of

  FHIR integrations, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare compliance

• Strong

  collaboration, communication, and mentoring

  skills with a product-driven mindset
