About the Role: As a Full Stack Cross-Platform App Developer , you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile and web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using frameworks like Flutter or React Native Design RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end services Build scalable and secure web portals for learners and admin users Optimize app performance, security, and responsiveness Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences Test, debug, and maintain applications across Android, iOS, and web Deploy applications to Play Store, App Store, and cloud platforms Requirements: Proven experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, or similar) Strong knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Django, or similar) Experience with Firebase, AWS, or other cloud services Familiarity with app store submission and deployment processes Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git) Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail (Bonus) Experience in EdTech, LMS platforms, or e-commerce integrations What We Offer: Competitive salary or project-based compensation Flexible working hours and remote-first culture Opportunity to work on impactful projects in education & technology Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
