Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Node.js to join our dynamic team in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver with a passion for building efficient, scalable, and user-centric applications. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, and contribute to shaping our development practices.

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to support robust client-server communication.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, including frameworks like Express.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
