Reflections


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features.
  • Work with

    Angular 16+, Node.js, Nest.js

    , and modern front-end technologies.
  • Implement

    Kafka/Event-driven architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis/Caching

    .
  • Develop and optimize

    Microservices & Cloud (AWS)

    applications.
  • Manage databases (

    RDBMS & NoSQL/MongoDB

    ).
  • Build and deploy applications with

    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

    .
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and drive best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years

    of professional experience in front-end and full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with

    Angular 16+, Node.js, Nest.js

    .
  • Proficiency in

    JavaScript, HTML, CSS

    and modern frameworks.
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills (mandatory)

    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
