Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Summary:

JR Compliance is hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can manage projects end-to-end independently. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both front-end and back-end, have strong AI integration experience, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications from scratch.

Handle end-to-end development — front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.

Integrate AI/ML features and tools into applications as needed.

Work independently to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.

Collaborate with non-technical teams and communicate project updates effectively.

Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Back-End: Node.js / Python / PHP / Java, RESTful APIs

Database: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.

AI/ML Integration: Practical experience with AI frameworks and tools

DevOps: Basic deployment and server management knowledge

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving mindset
