Job Description

JR Compliance is hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can manage projects end-to-end independently. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both front-end and back-end, have strong AI integration experience, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications from scratch.
Handle end-to-end development of front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.
Integrate AI/ML features and tools into applications as needed.
Work independently to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with non-technical teams and communicate project updates effectively.
Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ Years.

Must-Have Skills

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js .
Back-End: Node.js / Python / PHP / Java, RESTful APIs.
Database: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
AI/ML Integration: Practical experience with AI frameworks and tools.
DevOps: Basic deployment and server management knowledge.
