Job Description

JR Compliance Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling ROC compliance services and other regulatory solutions, such as company registration and annual filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of corporate compliance requirements and a successful track record in B2B sales within this domain.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close sales for ROC-related services (incorporation, annual returns, compliance filings, etc. ).
  • Promote additional services, including ISO, BIS, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other regulatory solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored compliance solutions.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in ROC compliance, sales, or corporate legal services.
  • Sound understanding of ROC procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
