Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a strong focus on UI/UX to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality user experiences for our AI-driven platform. This individual will be responsible for gathering user and business requirements, guiding development teams in agile methodologies, and ensuring that user-centric designs are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the entire product lifecycle while ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, and advocating for the end-user experience. Responsibilities include: Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to understand functional and user requirements. Translate user needs into actionable requirements and user stories for development teams. Conduct user research and data analysis to define the scope and features of UI/UX solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define and prioritize features based on user experience principles and business goals. Review wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs to ensure they align with user expectations and business requirements. Act as the bridge between business requirements and design/technical execution to ensure seamless delivery of user-centric products. Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos) to ensure the team is aligned and focused on delivering incremental value. Guide teams in adopting and maintaining agile best practices, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of features. Ensure that the product development team is working in line with user stories, and track progress against sprint goals. Remove any obstacles preventing the team from achieving sprint goals and maintaining productivity. Communicate project updates, potential roadblocks, and delivery schedules to stakeholders (both technical and non-technical). Act as a liaison between clients, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on product goals. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback from users and ensure that UI/UX designs meet the desired user experience. Ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and meet the business requirements. Work with development teams to iterate and improve user interfaces based on feedback and testing. Support junior developers and business analysts, providing guidance on best practices for business analysis, agile methodologies, and UI/UX design. Mentor teams on best practices related to requirements gathering, design thinking, and agile project management. Drive improvements in processes and product quality by encouraging innovation and staying current on industry trends, including new UI/UX tools, technologies, and agile methodologies. Participate in retrospectives to help teams learn from past sprints and improve efficiency. Primary Skills : Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master within a UI/UX-focused environment. Experience working closely with design teams to define user-centric features and optimize UI/UX flows. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including information architecture, user interface design, and usability testing. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile reporting. Hands-on experience with user story creation, requirements gathering, and product backlog management. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and translating insights into tangible product outcomes. Secondary Skills : Knowledge of UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Experience working with front-end development teams and familiarity with technologies such as ReactJS or Angular to understand design feasibility. Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate and improve user experience based on data-driven insights. Ability to lead and manage projects across different teams, ensuring that UI/UX considerations are integrated into the development process. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working with version control systems such as Git. Soft Skills : Passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. A deep understanding of user-centered design and the ability to advocate for user needs. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.
