Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated .NET Full-Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core / ASP.NET on the backend and solid proficiency in React.js and Next.js on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and maintainable applications that deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET and React.js / Next.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in backend development with .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Proficient in frontend development using React.js and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
