Requirements

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the frontend architecture for core product lines.
• Build fast, smooth, and reliable interfaces using React or Next.js.
• Integrate UI with backend and AI-powered workflows, APIs, and data layers.
• Collaborate directly with customers on user journeys, UX, and product flows.
• Manage state, authentication, caching, and performance optimization.
• Ensure engineering excellence through reusable components and code reviews.
• Convert high-level, ambiguous requirements into polished end-to-end experiences.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React or Next.js (TypeScript preferred).
• Excellent understanding of modern JavaScript fundamentals, state management, routing, and API integration.
• Strong eye for UX, visual clarity, and high-performance execution.
• Ability to turn abstract requirements into complete UI solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and customers.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and highly execution-oriented.
• Skilled in prototyping using tools like Bolt, V0, Gemini, Lovable, etc.
• Experience across full-stack frontend lifecycle: UX design, architecture, scalable UI systems, unit testing, CI/CD.
