Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced SDE-3 (Front-End) to join our engineering team and drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As an SDE-3, you will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

• We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.
• Prior development experience is essential, ideally in similar stacks and project types.
• You will lead 2–3 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
• Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus.
• This role requires both client-facing skills and the ability to create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SET

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
• Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Experience on server-side web technologies such as NodeJS/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB would be preferred.
• Knowledge on GIS Application or Map Server projects would be preferred.

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of front-end applications.
• Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments.
• Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
