Lead Frontend Developer – Individual Contributor (Remote)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and develop complex frontend applications.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to build seamless, user-focused solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and suggest adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in
frontend development
.
Expertise in
React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
.
Strong experience in
state management
(Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.).
Proven track record of building and scaling complex frontend applications independently.
Solid understanding of
UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
.
Familiarity with
testing frameworks
(Jest, Cypress, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployment is a plus.
