Senior Frontend Developer

As a Principal Engineer / Frontend Lead at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead a team in building scalable, high-performance front-end applications that deliver world-class user experiences. Your responsibilities will include architecting, mentoring, and delivering cutting-edge web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expertise in architecting & building complex, scalable front-end apps - Deep understanding of React, Redux / Zustand / React Query - Strong command of JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML, CSS, functional programming, and OOP - Experience with TDD, Git, Webpack, and NodeJS - Proven ability to mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices - Strong debugging, optimization & performance tuning capabilities - Keen eye for design precision, accessibility, and UX excellence **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field - 6+ years of front-end experience, including project leadership - Eligibility: B.Tech candidates from product-based companies (Tier-1 colleges only) If you have experience with React 18+, TypeScript, Tailwind, Mapbox, Lodash, Moment, and Turf, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployments on AWS / GCP / Azure, or contributions to open-source / npm projects, it would be considered a plus.
