Lead Frontend Developer – Individual Contributor (Remote) Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Remote (India) Joining: Immediate Only About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer to take ownership of end-to-end frontend architecture and development as an individual contributor . The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design, architect, and develop complex frontend applications. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to build seamless, user-focused solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and suggest adoption where relevant. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in frontend development . Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 . Strong experience in state management (Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.). Proven track record of building and scaling complex frontend applications independently. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design .
