Role Description We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who can lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of frontend technologies, architecture, and best practices. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in decision-making, setting coding standards, and mentoring junior developers. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces across different devices and browsers Optimize application performance by improving loading speed, minimizing re-renders, and implementing lazy loading and code splitting Manage application state efficiently using Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or other state management libraries Integrate and handle RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints securely, including authentication and error handling Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress Debug and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience Maintain version control with Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best coding practices What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS, Tailwind, or Styled Components) with a strong grasp of component-based architecture Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and integrating RESTful APIs/GraphQL securely and efficiently Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex frontend issues and optimize performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching) Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes Ability to architect scalable and maintainable frontend systems , ensuring clean and reusable code Excellent collaboration and communication skills , capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams Nice To Have Experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations for rich UI interactions Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time data handling using Socket.io Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js Exposure to headless CMS platforms like Contentful or Prismic Understanding of WebAssembly (WASM) and performance optimization Experience with Web3 technologies and blockchain integration Background in mobile-first development and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) Why Join Us?
