About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript to design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves building advanced UI features, driving front-end architecture decisions, and mentoring developers to ensure delivery of top-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces using React.js (Hooks, Context API, Router, advanced component patterns).
• Architect and implement state management solutions with Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, manage async operations, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Utilize modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite) and maintain smooth CI/CD workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience with TypeScript in large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid background in Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of micro frontends or module federation.
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience leading UI teams or major front-end initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
