Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer (React)Location: RemoteWe are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with strong React skills to help buildresponsive, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with designers, backenddevelopers, and other teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensure that ourfront-end stack is modern and efficient.Responsibilities: Lead the development of cutting-edge web applications using React to improve userexperiences. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create accessible, intuitive, and visuallyappealing interfaces. Optimize performance using advanced React techniques (code-splitting, lazy loading,tree-shaking) to ensure fast load times and scalability. Integrate with RESTful, OData, and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow androbust functionality. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovativeenvironment. Deploy React applications using Azure Static Web Apps, optimizing the deploymentprocess via CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions. Continuously test and debug to ensure code quality and application stability.Preferred Candidate Profile: 6+ years of front-end development experience with React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API. Familiar with tools like Git, Webpack, and component libraries (e.g., Material-UI,Tailwind CSS). Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and building scalable,maintainable codebases. Knowledge of TypeScript and server-side rendering (Next.js is a plus). Experience deploying web applications to Azure Static Web Apps. Familiarity with OData services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for automating testing, building, anddeployment.Nice to Have: Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA) development. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for development environments. Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture.Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits package. Opportunities to work with innovative technologies and be part of a high-performingteam. A collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for career growth. Work-life balance and flexible working hours. Professional development opportunities through training and certifications.
