Role Description

own the entire product lifecycle

Responsibilities will include:

1. Research market trends, consumer needs, and competitors to identify new product opportunities.
2. Develop and finalize new product formulations that are effective, evidence-backed, and cost-efficient.
3. Optimize existing products by tweaking formulations and reducing costs without compromising quality.
4. Source and onboard reliable vendors for both new and existing Products.
5. Ensure all raw materials and finished products meet strict quality standards.
6. Manage FSSAI compliance, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
7. Take full ownership of product labels, ensuring claims, ingredients, and regulatory details are accurate.
