About the Role

The Healthspan Co. is looking for a qualified and passionate Nutritionist to lead telephonic wellness consultations for leads generated through our diagnostic partnership with PathKind Labs. You will play a crucial role in helping customers understand their lab reports, educating them on their health markers, and recommending targeted lifestyle and product-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultation calls daily with customers who have opted in post lab tests.
• Review shared test reports and guide individuals on key health indicators.
• Offer clear, empathetic, and accurate nutritional advice.
• Maintain detailed call records and customer follow-up notes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for feedback loops and optimization.
• Assist in building trust and credibility through scientific, human-centered consultation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in clinical nutrition or wellness consulting.
• Strong understanding of common diagnostic markers and lifestyle-related conditions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Empathetic, patient-centric mindset with a consultative approach.

Preferred

• Experience in teleconsultation or wellness product advisory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets for daily logging.

Working Days

The role follows a Monday to Friday working schedule. Saturdays are working for the first half of the day.

Monthly Compensation

INR 10,000 - 15,000 (fixed) + Variable component
