About the Role We are building a modern wellness brand and looking for a Food Technologist who can oversee formulation, blending, and premix development for our functional nutrition products. This role combines hands-on lab work with process discipline to ensure product quality, consistency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a small-scale premix/blending lab . Ensure ingredient quality, weighing accuracy, and batch documentation . Develop and optimize powder blends, premixes, and new formulations . Implement and maintain basic QC checks, hygiene, and SOPs . Work with co-packers Maintain ingredient shelf-life, stability, and storage standards . Support new product R&D . Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology / Food Science / Nutrition . 3–6 years’ experience in nutraceuticals, functional foods, or beverages . Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP standards. Hands-on experience in powder blending, QC, and stability testing . Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear SOPs.
