• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Expert specializing in Switching Algorithm development within the field of Power Electronics. This role is crucial for designing and optimizing advanced algorithms used in power converters and inverters, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
• Develop and optimize switching algorithms for power converters and inverters to meet performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulation of algorithms using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or similar software platforms.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate algorithms into real-time embedded systems, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal performance.
• Lead algorithm design reviews, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure robustness and scalability.
• Implement algorithms in embedded software environments using languages such as C/C++ and Python, considering real-time constraints and performance optimization.
• Perform system-level testing and validation to verify algorithm functionality and performance under various operating conditions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in power electronics and control systems, applying knowledge to enhance algorithm designs.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Document design specifications, test plans, and results for algorithm development and integration.
