Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Specialist to lead and manage the financial operations of our group entities. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, reporting, and strategic financial advisory to support sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management, providing financial insights and ensuring strong financial governance across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Oversee accounting functions, audits, and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
• Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial negotiations.
• Guide, supervise, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Key Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in senior finance or specialist financial roles.
• Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing audits and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
