Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid – 3 days/month at Palarivattom office)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Financial Consultant to take a leadership role in delivering financial advisory services and driving organizational performance. This position demands strong expertise in financial consulting, strategy development, and governance, along with the ability to provide actionable insights to client leadership teams.

As a senior member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping client strategies, ensuring financial excellence, and enabling long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, scenario analysis, etc.).
• Deliver strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and advisory support to client leadership.
• Lead consulting assignments with full accountability for outcomes and deliverables.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes.
• Design executive dashboards and performance scorecards for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee compliance, governance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or PhD in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or financial management.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategy development, and stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial software.
