Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end invoicing process accurately and timely.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including follow-ups and reconciliation.
• Perform job closing activities and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, AR, and job closing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
