We are looking for an Documentation Executive to handle Bill of Entry processing and customs clearance for UAE exports. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Dubai Trade Portal and a strong understanding of export documentation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Bill of Entry for exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Handle documentation submissions through Dubai Trade Portal.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE’s import-export regulations and freezone policies.
• Keep updated with customs tariff codes and duty structures.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on customs activities.
• Assist in resolving any documentation discrepancies or customs-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in export documentation, bill of entry processing, and customs clearance.
• Expertise in Dubai Trade Portal, export regulations, and customs documentation.
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Dubai Trade Portal, and customs clearance software.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
