Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  of CNC machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for complex technical support and spare parts management.
• Conduct

  preventive maintenance

  and machine health inspections as per schedule.
• Provide on-site and remote

  technical assistance

  to customers and junior service engineers.
• Train customers on machine operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Document service activities, prepare service reports, and maintain records.
• Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales technical discussions when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Experience:

  8 –10 years in

  CNC machine installation, service, and maintenance.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / L&T)

  .
• Good knowledge of mechanical alignment, electrical circuits, and control parameters.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations across India.
