Job Description

As a Senior Facilities Coordinator at a Leading Global Technology Company in Gurugram, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites hosting over 2000 people. With a mission to organize the world's information, the company values client satisfaction above all else. Your role will involve providing onsite support, meeting the clients" facilities needs, and ensuring workplace safety and risk management. **Role Overview:** - Provide onsite support as the Site Manager's trusted right hand, ensuring all building processes are implemented and maintained. - Analyze gaps and provide proactive solutions to improve processes and save costs. - Craft reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. - Provide admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination. - Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements. - Ensure workplace safety procedures are in place and manage risk management programs. - Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans and follow incident reporting procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure messaging consistency and respond to user inquiries promptly and courteously. - Build relationships with clients, engage in genuine conversations, and create WOW experiences. - Participate in the procurement of vendors and services as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Passion for service with prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality. - Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management. - Team player with a proven track record of flawless project execution. - Exceptional organizational skills and data analysis expertise. - Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for creating impactful reports and presentations. - Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships at all levels.
