Role & responsibilities Compliance Oversee calculation and processing of all statutory payments in an accurate and timely manner for the hub/employee segments. Coordinate with Branch HR team, provide support for all compliance related activities and ensure audits are done on time and in a correct manner under all applicable labour laws of Central, State and Security Guard Board/PSARA. Coordinate with outsourced agency for timely and correct documents for billing and audit. Review and monitor compliance related documentation in employee and company records. Monitor to ensure all statutory documentation for direct staff is readily accessible to be sent to the client on a periodic basis. Track any compliance related policy changes and communicate to team as and when required. Facilitate any internal and external statutory audits by providing the necessary data and documentation. Monitor all queries/compliance related escalations and ensure resolution in timely manner. Employee and Customer Services Ensure all required labour licenses are applied and renewed in time for all offices and customers as required. Attend compliance Audit of 20 top clients. Ensure all Full & Final Settlements, Gratuity Settlements and medi-claim & GPAIP endorsements/settlements are done on time as per SLA. Ensure all statutory payments are done on time. Prepare required MIS periodically. Train the team in attending Audits and in statutory compliance. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in relevant industry and domain Minimum 3+ years of experience of managing HR / Labour Compliance / Audits in mid-sized or large scale organization independently Strong process orientation
