Senior Executive Soft Service

Objective

Able to prioritize a broad range of responsibilities in planning, coordination to manage soft service facility operations including Event management, cafeteria Management , Vendor Management, Invoice management.

Accountabilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management system, processes and best practicesPrepare of MIS reports related to Facility operationsDaily reviewing the Facility trackers and reportsCoordinate with vendor teams
