What we are looking for

• 14+ years of progressive experience in Facilities & Administration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, vendor management, contracts, and financial management.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

• Proven track record in managing large facilities (>2000 employees) in a multinational / GCC setup.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, vendor management, contracts, and financial management.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilities technology systems (CAFM, BMS, Access Control, Visitor Management).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across global and local leadership.
• Preferably certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / PMP / Six Sigma or related workplace safety/facilities certifications.
• Consistent delivery of world class facilities experience aligned to Paychex global standards
• Cost efficiency and budget compliance without compromising employee experience.
• Positive outcomes in employee satisfaction surveys related to workplace experience.
• Zero non-compliances in health, safety, and regulatory audits.
• Strong vendor relationships and measurable service level improvements.
