Job Description

As an experienced and versatile Facilities Manager from an FMCG background, you will be responsible for managing our corporate office, manufacturing plant, and guesthouses, in addition to leading construction, interiors, and infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Your role will focus on ensuring high operational efficiency, compliance, and a safe, well-maintained environment. You must possess strong technical expertise, vendor and project management capabilities, as well as be willing to travel frequently between sites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of offices, factories, warehouses, and guesthouses. Overseeing utility management and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Setting and monitoring SLAs for service providers. - Construction & Interiors Project Management: Supervising interior fit-outs, civil works, and factory build-outs. Managing construction timelines, contractor performance, budgets, and quality standards. Liaising with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, and local authorities. Ensuring HSE compliance on all project sites. - Guesthouse & Hospitality Management: Overseeing the operation of company guesthouses including upkeep, provisioning, and housekeeping. Managing bookings, security, and facilities for internal/external visitors. Ensuring high standards of hygiene, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. - Vendor & Procurement Oversight: Developing and managing vendor relationships for AMC contracts, construction materials, and soft services. Negotiating contracts and maintaining cost-effective yet quality services. Approving bills, tracking performance, and ensuring proper documentation. - Budgeting & Compliance: Preparing and monitoring budgets for facilities and construction projects. Ensuring all operations meet statutory compliance requirements. Maintaining records for audits, inspections, and facility certifications.
