Senior Export Executive Export Operations FMCG Trading

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, CHA, and shipping lines from factory dispatch till BL issuance.
  
• Manage export documentation (Invoice, PL, SB, COO, Draft & Final BL).
  
• Handle customs clearance, container booking, and vessel cut-offs.
  
• Ensure timely and error-free shipments while avoiding demurrage.
  
• Liaise with internal teams (Purchase, Sales, Accounts) for smooth operations.
  
• Resolve shipment issues (rollovers, BL amendments, customs queries).
  

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Graduate in

  Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / International Trade / Logistics

  .
• Certification in

  Export-Import Management, Shipping & Logistics, or Supply Chain

  is a plus.

Experience

• 5-8 years of proven experience in Export Operations, Shipping Documentation, CHA & Shipping Line Coordination.
  
• Must have handled

  end-to-end export operations

  : from supplier factory pickup customs clearance vessel booking Final Bill of Lading issuance.
• Prior experience in

  FMCG Export Houses / Trading Companies / Freight Forwarders

  is highly preferred.
