Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Chartering Executive with 34 years of relevant experience in the bulk commodity space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to international bulk vessel operations, preferably having worked with coal, iron ore, or similar dry bulk cargoes. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and fix vessels (spot/time charter) for bulk commodity shipments Liaise with ship owners, brokers, and operators to ensure cost-effective and timely cargo movement Monitor vessel operations, laytime calculations, demurrage/dispatch settlements Ensure compliance with charter party terms and manage post-fixture activities Track freight markets and analyze trends to optimize chartering decisions Coordinate with internal logistics, trade, and commercial teams to align shipping strategies Maintain and develop strong relationships with shipping counterparties globally
Job Description: 1.Generation of tax invoices against daily dispatches along with e-invoices and e-way bills in Microsoft NAV & Business Central. 2. Maintaining reports which includes both stock sales and bond sales of various vessels. 3. Coordination with transporters and clients regarding issuance of invoice related documents. 4. Reconciliation of branch stock reports with yard reports and with H.O reports. 5. Cash Management including branch sundry purchases. 6. Assisting with auditors and department officials regarding any notices and orders. 7. Proper documentation of sales, purchases, cash, audit reports, notices & acknowledgements. 8.
