Prepare the costing from quotes received from the CHAs/Forwarders Checking the BOE/Shipping bills for import and exports of goods Coordination with transporters for arrangements of vehicles Negotiating for best competitive rates with CHA, CFS & shipping lines Preparing the shipping documents for Export Preparing Indemnity bond of shipping line for import Applying for COO for export BOE/Shipping bills submission in Bank for closer Making sure that EBRC is updated Checking Import duty, should be well versed with ICEGATE website Requirements Previous work experience of minimum 2 preferably from chemicals industry Bachelors Degree Must have knowledge of Import and export documents Should have sound operation knowledge of Sea and Air Import/Export, freight forwarding and custom clearance Good knowledge of Ocean Freight & Export Pricing and Operations Good knowledge of Sea Ports and Inco terms Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
