Job Summary:

Senior Executive Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Delhi and Ghaziabad.
    • Conduct regular visits to assess dealer needs, address concerns, and offer ongoing support.
  2. Dealer Network Expansion:

    • Identify and onboard new dealers to enhance market reach.
    • Strategize and implement channel expansion plans to improve market penetration.
    • Reactivate dormant counters and explore opportunities for new retail outlets or distribution channels.
  3. Channel Development:

    • Collaborate with the management team to devise innovative strategies for sales channel growth.
    • Ensure effective placement and promotion of products across all channels.
  4. Market and Product Development:

    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend new products.
    • Coordinate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
  5. Stakeholder Management:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the cycling industry.
    • Act as the key point of contact for all dealer-related queries, complaints, and escalations.
  6. Warranty & Claims Management:

    • Oversee handling of warranty claims and product returns.
    • Work closely with the claims team to investigate and resolve issues.
    • Implement initiatives to reduce claim incidences and improve customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • B.A., B.B.A., B.B.M., B.Com., B.Sc., B.C.A. (IT), B.C.S., B.E.
  • M.B.A. (Finance preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and dealer management
  • Good analytical and market research skills
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge of the automotive/cycling spares industry is an added advantage
