As a part of our team, your role will involve maintaining the current business, cross-selling in existing accounts to drive growth, and achieving new sales targets for the region. You will focus on adding new customers and projects through cold calls and converting opportunities into business within the region. The key to success in this role lies in your industrial sales and B2B sales experience, along with your ability to build and nurture relationships both within and outside the organization. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales to identify and uncover new opportunities that align with the core objectives of the company. Your responsibilities will include achieving aggressive sales targets, promoting new generation products of Avery Dennison, handling B2B sales in the assigned territory, converting opportunities into new business sales, developing territory and market penetration strategies, managing receivables from customers on a monthly basis, and enhancing the market value of our products through continuous engagement with customers. Key Competencies required for this role include knowledge of industrial consumable sales, skills in selling, negotiation, and closing sales, as well as aptitude for being outgoing, hardworking, self-motivated, and action-oriented. In terms of education and experience, we are looking for candidates with an Engineering degree along with an MBA, and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial consumables sales, preferably in industries such as Printing & Packaging, Chemical, and Industrial Heavy sectors.
