Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys customer base. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Account Management: Handle key accounts and maintain strong relationships with major clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss future business opportunities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to win new business. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and portal guidelines. Track upcoming tenders , analyze requirements, and prepare responses. Liaise with government officials, vendors, and stakeholders . Maintain accurate records of bidding history, payments, and contracts . Monitor new updates and features on the GeM Portal to maximize efficiency.
