Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Sales & Business Development team as a Senior Executive – Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, presenting our real estate offerings effectively, and supporting the sales process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage prospective clients visiting the project site.
• Clearly explain the project offerings, features, and amenities through walkthroughs and presentations.
• Stay updated with competitor projects, pricing, and positioning in the local market.
• Highlight the organization’s competitive advantages in comparison to nearby projects.
• Handle customer queries and follow up regularly to drive sales closure.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with leads to address doubts and facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Tamil and English
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Ability to adapt to new situations and work independently

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or any customer-facing role
• Real estate experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
