Position: Senior Executive (R&D)

Department: Research and Development

Location: Noida Sector 63 & Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹4.2 LPA CTC

Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in a relevant field.

Experience:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Research and Development sector.

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive (R&D) will lead and manage research projects, develop new products, and improve existing products. This role requires a strong technical background, innovative thinking, and excellent project management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Development:

● Lead and conduct research projects to develop new lithium battery products and technologies.

● Improve existing lithium battery products through innovative solutions and optimization techniques.

● Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends in lithium batteries to ensure the company's products are at the forefront of innovation. Develop and implement new materials, chemistries, and manufacturing processes to enhance battery performance and longevity.

Project Management:

● Planned, executed, and managed R&D projects focused on lithium battery technology from concept to completion.

● Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project progress.

● Ensure that all projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

● Utilize advanced technical skills to solve complex problems and challenges related to lithium battery technology.

● Perform data analysis, simulation, and modeling to validate battery designs and concepts.

● Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

● Conduct performance testing, failure analysis, and root cause analysis on lithium batteries.

Collaboration and Communication:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and production to ensure seamless product development. ● Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.

● Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.

Compliance and Standards:

● Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

● Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of research activities, experiments, and project outcomes.

● Ensure that all products meet environmental and safety regulations, contributing to the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Strong technical background with a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in a relevant field.

● At least 3 years of experience in a similar R&D role.

● Proven track record of successfully managing and executing R&D projects. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Proficient in using R&D tools, software, and technologies.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
