Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Daily activities like Cycle time calculation for Machine shop components, OP (Machining and Fabrication) and Assembly Area by Time study and PMTS.
  • Knowledge of VMC and HMC (Reading of Engineering Drawing, Machine selection, latest Tool selection etc.)
  • To initiate jigs/ fixtures for process optimization.
  • Master in PPT and latest tool like Copilot and Power BI.
  • Time reduction (TA) in various processes in line with organizational targets through process Improvement and eliminate waste.
  • Monitoring and tracking process performance for CIP.
  • TA/TP Improvement as CIP.
  • Identify Projects and Implement it for Cycle time reduction, Fatigue reduction and cost saving.
  • To perform SAP transactions for Daily work.
  • Coordination with CFT – Design, Procurement and Mfg. departments.
  • Identify digitization and Sustainability Projects its Implementation.
  • Participation in various Internal/External activities.
  • Active participation for WPS activities.
  • Active involvement in New Product development for PED role.
  • Analytical, problem-solving approach with CIP.
  • Effective communication and Safety Awareness & behavior on floor.
  • Additional benefits (Lean and Six sigma).


Qualifications

  • Qualification: B.E [Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics]
  • Experience: 7-8 years in Manufacturing/ PED & IED (Pump industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing process
  • CAD Basic
