Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – (PED) Process Engineering Department at our Kolhapur manufacturing facility.

1. Lead digitization drive and achieve MMI targets as per group guidelines.
2. Participation in various Internal/External forums, Conferences and Competitions for Industry 4.0 and Digitization
3. Identify process bottlenecks, losses, and variations; implement

   continuous improvement initiatives

   (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
4. Monitor key process parameters and ensure

   process stability and capability

5. Plan and deploy various initiatives for improving awareness and training on Digitization across all levels of employees in the plant
6. Drive to reduction in allocated time of product projects, productivity improvement projects and support.
7. Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing/production processes to improve

   efficiency, quality, safety, and cost

Qualifications

• Qualification: BE (Mech, Prod), Experience: 6 - 7 years in Manufacturing - PED.
• Strong technical knowledge of product design, engineering principles.
• Proficiency in project management, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the pump manufacturing or related industry is highly desirable
