Description External Job Description Position: Sr Executive Department: Engineering - Electrical Reporting to: Manager Reportees: Executive-I,II /Technician Qualification: BE/BTech - Electrical Functional competences HT/LT operations 2 Operations of transformers, DG sets 3 Maintenance and operation of VCB/ACB, Control panels, Relay Panels, MCC, PCC, MDBs , PDBs , LT Motors, Lightening systems, VFDs, Motor Starters, 4 Knowledge on FLP equipments and their selection 5 Experience on DGs synchronizing 6 Knowledge on control circuits and PLC s preferred 7 Knowledge on solar power generation plant operation and maintenance 8 Knowledge on Electrical statutory Job Description 1 Attending line breakdowns 2 Executing the PM as per schedule and maintaining records 3 Adherence to SAP workflow for engineering 4 Executing the inspection as per SMS / EMS and maintaining records 5 Report generation and communicating to the relevant block in charge - Shift report 6 Implementation of the initiative such as 5S, TPM 7 SOP audits 8 Coordinating with the shift representative for prioritization of the jobs with mobilization and giving fast solution 9 Permit and LOTO for the job 10 Providing inputs for breakdown analysis and support in implementation of CAPA 11 Utility operations management through outsourced vendor 12 Implementation and ensuring daily checklist of the machine are filled
