Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a high-volume of inbound calls from potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve overall sales efficiency.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e.g., BPO sales, digital sales).
Strong skills in outbound calling, telesales, online sales, internet sales, domestic sales.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
