You will be joining Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited (SSFL), a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Established in 1998, SSFL has grown from a micro-credit program to supporting low-income households, especially women, in both rural and urban areas. With the aim of enhancing livelihoods, building identity, and boosting self-esteem, SSFL offers various financial services through group-based and individual micro-credit lending models. The company's headquarters are situated in Hyderabad, and it provides financial products such as farm equipment loans and gold loans. As a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources based in Muzaffarpur, your role will involve overseeing HR operations, formulating and executing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Your responsibilities will include supervising recruitment procedures, monitoring employee performance, handling employee grievances, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in HR Management and HR Operations, along with expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies. Proficiency in Human Resources practices, strong communication abilities, and effective interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively on-site. Prior experience in the finance or microfinance sector would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,
