Senior Executive Human Resources

As a member of the Marudhar Chemicals team, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring efficient operations. Your primary duties will include managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
