Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Rajkot. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and performing general HR management tasks. The role requires frequent interaction with employees, addressing their concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
