Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field

Experience: 3-7 years

Skills Required

Mandatory:

• Strong command of MS Excel

  – including formulas, data cleaning, automation through Excel, pivot tables, lookup functions, and logic-based formulas.
• Analytical mindset for preparing and interpreting HR reports, trends, and insights.
• Experience with HR software or ERPs (Zoho, BambooHR, Keka, etc., Keka is preferable).
• Solid understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive approach.

Good to have:

• Prior experience in taking care of end-to-end HR operations in an IT company.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding. Complete employee life cycle.
• Maintain and update HRIS/employee master database.
• Assist with HR compliance and audits.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain records.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Draft HR letters (offer, increment, exit, etc.).
• Handle queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Create, analyze and present HR reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Handle L&D and Reward & recognition program.
